Experteer Overview In this role you will manage and improve our IT infrastructure and security posture for a multinational, brand‐led group. You will operate across Windows and Linux servers, drive virtualization via ESXi, and support cloud services in Microsoft Azure and collaboration tools. You will work with cross‐functional teams to ensure reliable, secure IT operations and lead small technical initiatives. This is a hands‐on position in a dynamic, international environment with opportunities to shape infrastructure and security practices.

Configure and manage ESX virtualization environments
Perform server administration tasks and investigate event‐log warnings
Provide technical support and assist Service Desk to identify root causes
Conduct routine audits and backups of systems
Implement and monitor security policies; assist in vulnerability assessments and incident responses
Develop automation scripts to streamline tasks
Monitor performance, plan capacity,

and optimize infrastructure
Draft and update technical documentation
Participate in IT projects and lead smaller initiatives under supervision
Responsabilità Bachelor in Informatics or equivalent experience
10+ years in system administration with progression in responsibilities
Expertise in Windows Server administration (2016/2019/2022) and Active Directory
Strong VMware ESXi experience and Veeam
Knowledge of at least three of Citrix, Veeam Backup, HPE Aruba Networking, Microsoft Azure, Teams Phone, SharePoint Online, Ubiquiti Network
Linux server administration basics (Ubuntu, CentOS, or RHEL)
Scripting in PowerShell; Python or .NET a plus
Advanced Microsoft 365 management in hybrid environments
At least one professional certification (Azure Administrator, VMware VCP, HPE ASE) preferred
Analytical/problem‐solving skills; hands‐on attitude; willingness to learn
Willingness to travel within EMEA and the US
