As Sales Manager Italy South-Center, you drive business growth by acquiring new customers and expanding the portfolio—especially in the Fleet sector. You will work with cross‐functional teams to deliver insights and tailor solutions across DKV products. The role combines field sales, pipeline building, and consultative support to existing customers, with a strong emphasis on data‐driven decisions. This position offers an opportunity to shape mobility solutions while working in a dynamic, agile environment. Responsibilities Acquire new corporate customers, focusing on the Fleet sector Identify business opportunities by managing hot leads and building your own pipeline Develop and expand the customer portfolio within the assigned region Independently manage the full sales cycle and foster long‐term relationships Provide consultative support to existing customers,
including data‐driven insights Conduct up‐selling and cross‐selling across DKV products and services Participate in trade fairs and industry events to generate leads Maintain daily field presence to stay close to customers and market Travel regularly within the assigned region Qualification Requirements Proven B2B sales experience (minimum 5 years) Strong negotiation capabilities with corporate clients Proactive, self‐driven mindset with target orientation Excellent command xrdztoy of MS Office (Teams, Excel) and CRM experience Willingness to learn AI‐driven tools and processes Genuine enthusiasm for field work and willingness to travel Bachelor's degree Ability to communicate effectively in English Benefits & Working Conditions Flexible working hours Home office mix Company health management eBike leasing through Jobrad Learning environment access Career development support #J-18808-Ljbffr
