Key Responsibilities & Requirements
- Drive end-to-end execution of complex, high-priority investigations of predicted scheme fees, ensuring timely delivery and successful outcomes.
- Serve as the primary subject matter expert in regular working groups, leading discussions and aligning internal stakeholders on bulletin requirements, root cause analysis and proposing betterment.
- Proactively communicate and align on realistic expectations with stakeholders.
- Demonstrate exceptional autonomy and self-motivation, confidently owning the end-to-end lifecycle of complex predicted scheme fee investigations from initial analysis to execution.
- Contribute to the creation of impactful reporting metrics and dashboards, providing key data and insights to support managerial decision-making.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment, exhibiting a high degree of agility and adaptability to successfully deliver through competing priorities and tight deadlines.




- Assist to formulate and present data-backed recommendations to leadership and cross-functional teams to influence strategic business decisions.
- Actively contribute to the strategic planning and roadmap development for the predicted scheme fee investigations, providing forward-looking insights and recommendations.
- Maintain deep industry expertise, proactively tracking regulatory shifts and emerging trends in the global payments landscape to inform and anticipate future business needs.
- Be a culture driver, actively promoting an environment of high engagement, continuous learning, accountability, and collaboration.
- Develop and maintain best-in-class Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and internal documentation, serving as the knowledge base for the team's critical functions.
- Govern the knowledge repository, ensuring all critical documentation and process flows are up-to-date, accessible, and accurately reflect the live environment.
