YellowSquare is looking for a **Receptionist **for his Hostel in Rome. YellowSquare is a leader in the hospitality sector and hostels located in Rome, Milan and Florence. We love proactive people, motivated to learn new skills and overcome new challenges. **The Tasks**: - Dealing with bookings;
- Completing Check-in and Check-out procedures;
- Preparing bills and taking payments;
- Patrol and secure hallways, common areas, entrances and other locations of the Hostel;
- Dealing with complaints or problems; **Requirements**: - Previous experience in similar role, at least 2 years experience
- Teamwork: ability to collaborate within a team and other departments;
- Flexibility: Our 8.5 h shifts cover the all 24h day from Monday to Sunday
- Excellence in customer service;
- Highly proficient in spoken and written English;
