We offer interesting and challenging tasks, a positive working environment in international teams, and opportunities for personal development and growth in a global company. /ph3Your responsibilities and tasks /h3pThe Sales Area Manager is responsible for driving profitable growth and expanding GEA Bakery's business within the assigned territory. /ppWorking closely with Front Line Sales organizations, customers and cross-functional teams, the role leads strategic sales opportunities, develops key accounts and ensures a strong pipeline of qualified business opportunities through a consultative and value-based selling approach. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliDevelop and execute territory growth plans aligned with GEA Bakery's strategic objectives. /liliDrive customer engagement and build strong relationships with key decision makers. /liliLead complex sales opportunities in collaboration with Front Line Sales organizations and internal stakeholders. /liliCoordinate account development plans for strategic and key customers. /liliManage opportunity pipelines, forecast accuracy and CRM discipline. /liliDevelop customer-focused value propositions based on productivity, performance and Total Cost of Ownership. /liliCoordinate cross-functional resources including Application Management, Product Management and Technical Offer teams throughout the sales process. /liliLead commercial negotiations while ensuring profitability and long-term customer value. /liliDeliver Order Intake, Revenue, Margin and business growth targets. /liliProvide market insights and Voice of Customer feedback to support innovation and future business development. /li /ulh3Your profile and qualifications /h3pDegree in Engineering, Business or a related discipline. /ppMinimum 5 years of experience in B2B capital equipment sales,
