The assigned focus area may include Packaging, Printing, Converting or Emerging Business segments, depending on business priorities and candidate experience. /p pYour day-to-day activities will include supporting strategic customers and identifying new business opportunities, promoting Siemens' automation and digitalization portfolio, and close collaboration with sales teams, technical experts, solution architects, marketing functions and headquarters to support sustainable business growth and stronger market positioning within the Machine Builder ecosystem. /p h3You’ll make an impact by: /h3 ul liCollaborating with sales teams to define priorities, customer development plans and market actions. /li liBuilding a strong understanding of customer needs, market dynamics, industry trends and competitive positioning. /li liPromoting the Siemens portfolio across Automation, Drives, Motion Control, Industrial Software, AI and Digitalization technologies. /li liImproving market transparency through customer intelligence,



CRM utilization and data-driven business analysis. /li liWorking closely with technical experts and solution architects to develop compelling customer value propositions. /li liSupporting the adoption of innovative technologies including Industrial AI, Software Defined Automation, Industrial Edge and Digital Twin solutions. /li liDeveloping strong relationships with industry associations, innovation ecosystems, technology partners and key market stakeholders. /li liContributing to market strategy evolution through market intelligence, competitive insights and customer feedback. /li /ul h3What makes you a great match: /h3 h3Core Requirements /h3 ul liExperience within Machine Builder industries such as Packaging, Printing, Converting or related sectors. /li liBachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Mechatronics, Automation Engineering or a related field. /li liExperience in business development, market development or customer-facing roles within industrial environments. /li liGood understanding of industrial automation architectures including PLCs, Motion Control, Drives, HMI, Industrial Communication and Software solutions. /li liKnowledge of emerging technologies such as Artificial Intelligence, Industrial Edge, Software Defined Automation and Digital Twin. /li liStrong business development mindset with the ability to identify and develop growth opportunities. /li liExcellent communication,
