ppOur client, well established international Investment bank is looking for Senior Associate to join their team in Milan. /p h3Requirements /h3 pFluency in Italian is mandatory. /p pBachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Law, or related field. /p pMinimum of 4 years of experience in Mergers and Acquisitions (MA) within a reputable financial institution or law firm. /p pStrong understanding of financial analysis, valuation techniques, and deal structuring. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 pLead and manage the execution of MA transactions from inception to closure, including due diligence, financial modeling, and negotiation support. /p pConduct comprehensive financial analysis and valuation assessments to support decision-making processes. /p pDevelop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, investors, and legal advisors. /p pProvide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, fostering their professional growth and development in the MA domain. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
