ppTaylor Hopkinson is partnering with a well-established international renewable energy developer to identify a bLand Acquisition Specialist /b for its growing Italian business. /p pAs Land Acquisition Specialist, you will play a key role in identifying, evaluating and securing land suitable for the development of renewable energy projects throughout Italy. You will be responsible for managing the entire land acquisition process, from site identification and landowner engagement through to contract negotiation, working closely with technical, legal and development teams. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liIdentify and assess potential sites for renewable energy developments, considering technical, commercial and permitting requirements. /li liBuild and maintain relationships with landowners and other local stakeholders. /li liLead negotiations for land lease, purchase and easement agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes. /li liCoordinate with internal legal and development teams during contract preparation and execution. /li liPerform land due diligence, including ownership verification, title review and cadastral analysis. /li liCollect and maintain accurate documentation related to land agreements, payments and contractual deadlines.
/li liSupport the evaluation of project feasibility by analysing land characteristics, permitting constraints and regulatory frameworks. /li liMonitor market activity and land acquisition trends to identify strategic opportunities. /li liTravel regularly to project locations for site inspections and meetings with stakeholders. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liUniversity degree in Law, Architecture, Agricultural Sciences, Geography or another relevant discipline. /li liAt least 5 years of experience in land acquisition, real estate, infrastructure or renewable energy development. /li liDemonstrated experience securing land for renewable energy projects within the Italian market. /li liGood understanding of Italian cadastral systems, property documentation and land ownership processes. /li liFamiliarity with GIS tools, Google Earth and renewable energy permitting procedures in Italy. /li liExcellent negotiation, communication and relationship-building skills. /li liNative-level Italian and professional working proficiency in English. /li liAvailability for regular business travel across Italy. /li liValid driving licence. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
