ph3About the Role /h3 pFor our Ferrero HQs in Luxembourg we are looking for Legal Counsel for Procurement Hazelnut Company within Legal the Procurement HCoLegal Competence Center. The role will provide close support to ensure that the business, legal and compliance objectives are met in a timely and effective manner. You will also be expected to badvise, mitigate and resolve legal issues and risks /b and to lead the co-ordination of the legal function’s regional teams in relation to the areas of responsibility, working closely with key stakeholders to foster collaboration across various Company related functions and relevant Legal Competence Centers. /p h3Main Responsibilities /h3 pYour responsibilities will involve bnegotiating and drafting various agreements /b, reviewing existing contracts, and assisting internal stakeholders in contract negotiations. Additionally, you'll offer guidance and training to business units and Functional Boards on legal policies, including antitrust laws and anti-bribery and corruption regulations. You'll be resolving disputes with suppliers, purchasers, and service providers, managing complex litigation claims, and boverseeing legal risk /b and compliance deployment. This includes developing and leading in-house training programs on compliance topics such as Anti-Trust, Confidentiality, and Anti-Bribery and Corruption. Moreover, you'llb contribute to project management initiatives, /b and effectively manage external counsel and third-party consultancy, ensuring cost-effectiveness and value for the business. Additionally, you'll oversee litigations in the countries, bcollaborating with external counsels /b and escalating pertinent matters as needed. /p h3About You /h3 pYou bring your university degree in Law and 5-7 years of post-qualified experience, ideally acquired in a legal firm or in-house, preferably within FMCG or retail industries and in a cross-matrix organizational structure. You demonstrate bsubstantial experience in high-value global Procurement contracts /b and related contractual matters,



with proficiency in one or more jurisdictions. Moreover, you exhibit a strong track record of leading complex, international business projects within an in-house capacity. You can bwork effectively within a matrix organization /b, contributing both as part of the business team and across various functions. Your ability to establish credibility, demonstrate business acumen, and employ a flexible leadership style to implement Group legal Function's Rules of Engagement will be crucial in supporting business growth. Your bstrong communication skills /b will be helpful in developing relationships with diverse internal stakeholders and fostering a productive work environment. You are bable to convey complex legal concepts /b in understandable business terms. A hands-on approach, independent, self-initiative, and resilience are essential, allowing you to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and bthrive under pressure with tight deadlines /b while ensuring business growth.
