In this role you will lead cybersecurity operations to protect the Group’s digital ecosystem and strengthen threat detection and incident response. You will collaborate with IT, Legal, HR and external partners to drive meaningful security outcomes. You’ll oversee security tooling, remediation, and vulnerability management while supporting governance and training. This position offers visibility with senior stakeholders and a chance to shape security strategy within a global luxury group.

- Operate cybersecurity tools (SIEM, EDR, vulnerability management) to monitor and defend the environment
- Detect, investigate and respond to security incidents and emerging threats
- Coordinate remediation actions and support infrastructure hardening
- Lead vulnerability management activities and prioritize risk mitigation
- Support compliance initiatives (NIS2, ISO 27001, SOX) and audit processes
- Contribute to security awareness and training programs
- Coordinate external vendors, including SOC providers and cybersecurity consultants
- 7+ years of experience in cybersecurity operations and incident management
- Proficiency in security monitoring tools (SIEM, EDR), vulnerability management, risk assessment, infrastructure and network security
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with ISO 27001, NIS2, SOX is a plus
- Exposure to global or multi-brand environments and external SOC/managed security services is a plus
