ppbAlbelissa /bis an international consulting firm offering high-value services in engineering, IT, and business process outsourcing.br/ /ppbAbout the Opportunity /bbr/ /ppWe are looking for a bSenior Industrial Projects Engineer /bto join projects in our manufacturing plant in Pinerolo (TO), Italy.br/ /ppReporting to the bManufacturing Manager /b, this figure will join the team contributing to the management of key projects in the manufacturing field, from the initial phase to implementation, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and expected timelines. The main focus will be on bpainting plants /b and bheat treatment machinery /b. /pulliProject Equipment Lifecycle Management: Supervise the installation, modification, improvement, and commissioning of production equipment, ensuring alignment with project timelines and productivity goals (combining points 1 and 7). /liliPlant Engineering Design: Identify facility needs in cross-functional collaboration and define system specifications, layouts, and implementation plans (combining points 2 and 3). /liliSupplier Procurement Management: Manage supplier relations, procurement requests, and economic negotiations alongside the Purchasing department (combining point 4). /liliSite Operations Safety: Coordinate on-site operational activities, contractors, and external personnel while ensuring environmental and safety compliance (combining points 5 and 6). /liliPerformance Facility Monitoring: Monitor assigned industrial facilities,



verify production and quality performance, and oversee continuous improvement initiatives for efficiency and cost reduction (combining points 8, 9, 10, and 11). /liliInnovation Competitiveness: Contribute to the ongoing innovation and technological development of the production unit (covering point 12). /li /ulh3Requirements /h3ulliDegree in Mechanical Engineering or technical diploma with good knowledge of similar professional experiences /liliAt least 5-6 years' experience in a similar role or in maintenance, installation or service. /liliGood understanding and use of IT tools, such as Excel, SAP or other ERP and management systems. /liliWillingness to travel in Italy and abroad (25-30% of the time). /liliGood interpersonal skills, autonomy, flexibility, aptitude for teamwork, analytical skills, problem solving, priority management and motivation to operate in a challenging context. /liliLeadership skills and interface with various internal functions and external interlocutors, such as suppliers and production partners. /liliAbility to work effectively in a cross-functional environment. /liliKnowledge of Six Sigma methodologies is considered a plus. /liliGood command of English. /li /ulh3Benefits /h3pContract Type: To be defined based on the candidate's skills and experience.br/ /ppSalary: Approximately €34,500 to €38,000 Gross Annual Salary (RAL) and commensurate with actual professional experience in addition to ticket lunch.br/ /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
