Utopia is seeking a Senior/Lead Technical Architect to translate design intent into fully coordinated BIM documentation for boutique hospitality projects. You will bridge concept and construction across RIBA Stages 3–5, coordinating with design, engineering, and procurement teams in a fully remote setting.

The role requires a strong Revit and Navisworks skillset, 10+ years in architectural design, and fluent English.
