On behalf of a retail company, we are looking for a: Head of HR The incumbent will lead the People Culture department during a pivotal phase of business transformation. Sitting on the Executive Leadership Team, he/she will act as a key partner to the Country CEO. In this role, the Head of HR will lead a team of 4 HR professionals and drive a comprehensive HR agenda across an extensive retail store network in Italy. He/she will be instrumental in leading organizational change management, building a high-performing retail culture, and aligning human capital strategies with our broader commercial objectives. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliPartner with the Country CEO and Leadership Team to define and execute the people strategy that supports company growth and organizational evolution. /liliLead and champion change management initiatives, guiding leadership, corporate staff, and retail teams through business transitions and organizational restructurings. /liliServe as a trusted advisor to senior business leaders on talent management, organizational design, and employee relations. /liliOversee all core HR functions, including Talent Acquisition, Learning Development, Compensation Benefits and Industrial/Labor Relations. /liliDirect and mentor an HR team of 4 professionals, fostering their growth, productivity, and cross-functional collaboration. /liliEnsure full compliance with Italian labor laws,
retail national collective agreements (CCNL), and company policies across all retail and corporate operations. /liliDevelop and implement HR programs tailored to the unique dynamics of a multi-site retail environment. /liliConduct regular site visits to retail locations across Italy to maintain strong connection with field teams, gauge store climate, and support local store managers. /liliFoster a strong, inclusive corporate culture that connects head office operations with store-level staff. /li /ulh3Requirements /h3ulli10+ years in progressive HR leadership roles, with demonstrable experience operating as a Head of HR, Senior HR Manager, or HR Director. /liliDeep knowledge of retail operations, store dynamics, and field-workforce management within the beauty, fashion, or consumer goods sectors. /liliProven track record of successfully driving organizational change, culture shifts, or business transformation initiatives. /liliSolid, end-to-end expertise across all HR pillars, including Italian labor law and union relations. /liliAbility to translate business goals into actionable HR strategies and measure their impact. /liliFluent English is required. /liliProficiency in a second foreign language is considered a strong plus. /li /ulh3Location and Salary /h3pLocation: Varese Salary Range: 90.000€ - 100.000€ /ppThis job posting is open to candidates of all genders, in line with Italian Legislative Decree No. 198/2006. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
