- Fluency in Italian and English, a third language is optional
- Relevant management experience as a Retail Manager with a known clothing or merchandising retail industry leader.
- Strong experience in inventory management, offer optimization, ordering procedures




- Ensuring that shelves are fully stocked with correct products and sizes
- Extensive experience managing a diverse staff with an emphasis on training, coaching, and cultivating a teamwork atmosphere
- Strong customer oriented approach
- Cost management experience

- Experience in dealing/ordering from foreign vendors
- Using data to determine how and when to discount products
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and goal oriented
