In Italy (remote) we are looking for a **Country Manager (M/F/d) Italy & Iberia countries (remote)** **Your tasks**
- supervise and oversee team operations and facilities in Italy
- further development of a defined customer base, identifying cross-selling and upselling opportunities
- develop and implement strategic plans for the team to achieve organizational objectives and target revenue
- sales forecasting & budgeting
- negotiate terms and successfully close sales deals with assigned customers
- provide excellent customer support for both standard product portfolios and tailor-made solutions
- control the sales process for all target customers
- manage customer projects in collaboration with Application Engineering and Customer Service
- analyze market developments, trends and customer needs
- actively participate in trade shows, conferences,
and events **Your Profile**
- degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- proven experience as sales manager or key account manager
- leadership experience and warehouse management is an advantage
- excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Spanish is a plus
- strong negotiation skills and a high level of sales expertise
- familiarity with CRM software and sales automation tools **What you can expect from us**
