JOB SUMMARY The Credit Specialist is responsible of supporting the Credit Director in the daily tasks, including but not limited to:
Check of sales documents correctness and sending invoices to external warehouses to perform shipments as required;
Credit control of open terms customers with check of incoming payments on company home banking, monitoring and supervising resolution of unclear customer deductions (chargebacks);
Preparation and sending statements of account and reminders/dunning letters for overdue payments;
Block and release of open orders liaising with commercial and customer service department. **Requirements**:
Essential
- Graduated in Economy or Law
- At least 2/3 years of experience in a similar role
- Used to connect with customers




- At least a basic knowledge of accountancy
- PC literate (excel, word, PPT)
- A good level of English, both spoken and written Nice to have
- Knowledge of SAP/S4 Hana
- Another foreign language
- Relationship with banks, insurances and other external consultants Soft skills
- Team worker
- Target oriented/Priority setting
- Negotiations skills
- Work under pressure and with deadlines
