Will learn to be responsible for performing the reservations and relateci functions (correspondence, booking handling, destination advice, client relations, etc.) for the MICE, Celebration and Special lnterest segments of the 9 Belmond Hotels in ltaly and the hotel in Mallorca, ensuring that clients receive an outstanding first impression and an impeccable service from the initial request until the confirmation of the program.
Reports to the Area Special Events Sales Managers. Liaises with the ltalian and Spanish Hotels' Events Teams, with the Sales & Marketing staff in Milan and with the Belmond Worldwide Sales Offices. **Main Duties**: - To help with the administration duties of the SESO
- To keep the production reports up-to-date
- To follow the guidelines in order to implement them into the work on a daily basis
- To maintain and develop knowledge of our hotels, our destinations and of our competitor hotels **Requirements**: - Strong organizational skills in task management
- High attention to detail and follows through to conclusion
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- EU passport or legai permit to work in ltaly **Contract**:



6 months contract
**Languages**: Must be able to speak, read and write perfectly in ltalian and have excellent knowledge of English. Spanish is a big plus.
IT: Must be highly competent in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, data base, etc) as well as in hotels PMS (Opera, etc.) **Benefits**:
