Experteer OverviewAs an Associate in the Investment Banking M&A; Italian team in Milan, you will help shape and execute cross-border transactions. You will work with local and global teams to support the full deal cycle, from pitches and financial analysis to client memoranda and presentations. You will lead execution activities, collaborate with analysts and associates, and engage with senior bankers and clients. This role offers exposure to a growing M&A; vertical and frequent international travel, with a focus on delivering strategic value for clients and the firm.ResponsibilitiesBuild complex financial models and perform valuation and merger analysesDraft presentation materials, management and Board materials, memoranda, and client‐facing slidesMonitor market developments and stay informed on M&A; structuring and executionCollaborate with industry, country,
