This role serves as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, managed service providers, infrastructure teams, suppliers, auditors, and compliance organizations to ensure operational excellence and adherence to corporate governance standards. The position oversees day-to-day application support activities, vendor management, service delivery performance, compliance requirements, budget management,
and operational governance while driving issue resolution and continuous service improvement. /p h3Key responsibilities: /h3 ulliManage the activities with Internal Audit /liliManage the activities with SOX Compliance and other certification /liliStatus weekly with the AMS to understand what is the hot topic, for example and try to elevate and support to solve. In this meeting is necessary to verify the KPI to understand with Reply are in line with the contract level (for example quantity of request, problem, incident managed by week, ecc) /liliManage Escalation and war room in case of need /liliManage the CAB meeting to approval the change in special moment, for example during the freeze period /liliManage the day by day together with Reply /liliManager the user provisioning for all technical user and Supplier users /liliManage the small developments /liliManage the Handhelth and other possibles hardware that are not managed from Reply /liliManage all the Contracts /liliManage the budget and PR’s for run activities /liliManage and support the Infrastructure change in case of need.
The technical activities are managed by Reply but we need to manage and support the interaction with the different suppliers because in this case the infrastructure is not Reply property /liliManage the emergency with Reply /li /ul h3Requirements: /h3 ulliBachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field. /lili5-7 years of experience in supply chain, transportation, logistics, vehicle distribution, or related operations. /liliMinimum 2 years of leadership experience managing teams and cross-functional initiatives. /liliStrong knowledge of outbound transportation networks, carrier management, vehicle logistics, and distribution operations. /liliExperience developing and managing KPI frameworks and operational performance metrics. /liliStrong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities. /liliExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills. /liliAbility to influence and lead across multiple functions and organizational levels. /liliFluency in English (minimum required: B2) and Italian /li /ul h3Offer /h3 ulliSalary range: from 43 € to 48 €, that will be defined depending on the level of adherence of the candidate to the job requirements. /liliCollective Agreement: In accordance with the provisions of the Specific Collective Labour Agreement (CCSL – CNEL code: CO10), and in particular with regard to the classification within the (first / second / third) professional area. /li /ul h3Disclaimer /h3 pAt Stellantis, we assess candidates based on qualifications, merit and business needs.
