The incumbent will contribute to the development and continuous evaluation of both short- and long-term financial objectives, while providing finance leadership and actionable insights to business and corporate stakeholders. /ppThe position requires a deep understanding of the business model, market dynamics, and financial data to support business performance, growth initiatives, and operational efficiency across the organization. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3h3Strategic Financial Partnership Business Support /h3ullipPartner with senior management to strategically enhance financial performance and identify business opportunities. /p /lilipProvide forward-looking financial decision support through in-depth business analysis and actionable recommendations. /p /lilipDrive and support strategic growth initiatives within Care Delivery by contributing to short- and long-term business plans, business case modelling, and commercial analysis. /p /lilipInterpret business performance trends and deliver meaningful commentary on financial results and operational drivers. /p /li /ulh3Financial Planning, Reporting Performance Management /h3ullipLead and support monthly reporting cycles, budgeting, forecasting activities, scenario planning, and risk assessment. /p /lilipCollaborate with the COE FPA team on budgeting, forecasting,



monthly closing activities, and Finance Governance implementation related to reporting and data models. /p /lilipSupport annual budget and quarterly forecasting processes, leveraging forecasts to influence business outcomes and measure performance against key objectives. /p /lilipProvide local inputs for actuals, ad hoc reporting, and planning activities, including non-financial KPIs where not available through centralized FPA systems. /p /li /ulh3Business Performance Cost Optimization /h3ullipMonitor and review clinic performance to identify improvement opportunities and support business decisions. /p /lilipDrive cost management and operational efficiency initiatives, including portfolio management, organizational effectiveness, and operational optimization. /p /lilipOversee working capital and CAPEX controlling activities. /p /lilipSupport credit management processes, including oversight and initiative planning. /p /li /ulh3Business Case Development Governance /h3ullipPrepare and review business cases at all stages prior to decision-making meetings. /p /lilipEnsure strong collaboration with Accounting and other business functions to maintain financial integrity and alignment. /p /lilipAdvise business units through the interpretation, implementation, and application of company-wide financial policies and processes. /p /lilipEnsure confidentiality, integrity, and proper handling of sensitive financial information.



/p /li /ulh3Project Management Team Contribution /h3ullipManage and contribute to ad hoc financial analyses, projects, and business requests as required. /p /lilipActively contribute as a key member of the Care Delivery Finance Team. /p /lilipSupport local financial and administrative activities not covered by COE or GBS structures. /p /li /ulh3Requirements Skills /h3ullipMaster’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field. /p /lilipAdditional qualifications such as MBA, CFA, or equivalent are considered a plus. /p /lilipMinimum 5 years of experience in relevant finance roles, such as FPA, Commercial Finance, or Business Finance. /p /lilipExcellent knowledge of english language /p /lilipProven ability to partner with senior leadership and influence decision-making through strong financial acumen and business insight. /p /lilipStrong analytical capabilities, with the ability to apply finance expertise to broader commercial and operational challenges. /p /lilipDemonstrated experience in business planning and financial modelling to support strategic initiatives. /p /lilipExcellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills across all organizational levels. /p /lilipExperience collaborating effectively with cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams. /p /lilipComfortable navigating ambiguity and making sound decisions in fast-paced, agile, and high-growth environments. /p /lilipStrong ability to work independently, manage pressure, and prioritize effectively. /p /li /ulpWe carefully and respectfully consider all applications, including those from individuals with disabilities in accordance with Law 68/99.
