ppAt Bryden Wood, we are expanding our team in Milan to work on large scale projects for the biggest names in ‘Big Tech’ and Pharmaceutical sectors. /p pWe are looking for an Associate Electrical Engineer to lead the technical delivery of our Data Centre and Pharmaceutical projects. This is your chance to work in a truly international environment, fully integrated with our UK HQ, while enjoying benefits that set a new standard for the Italian market. /p h3The role /h3 pYou will be the electrical lead of our projects in Italy as well as key member on other international projects, working closely with all the other disciplines (Architecture, Structures, Civils and Sustainability) and clients to deliver innovative designs. /p pLead electrical technical design for all project stages (From Concept to Construction) including carrying out calculations, concept development, Project coordination, HS and Risk management and project delivery. /p pSupervise and coordinate teams of engineers and technicians, assigning tasks, providing technical guidance, and ensuring team cohesion toward project goals. /p pIdentify and specify appropriate electrical equipment and components to meet project objectives, considering energy efficiency, reliability, redundancy, and system compatibility. /p pEnsure full compliance with Italian regulations. /p pProduce and sign off official submissions to local authorities. /p pManage project coordination, QA/QC procedures, and risk management. /p pMentor junior engineers and liaise with senior management on project escalations. /p h3What we need /h3 ul liDegree in Electrical, Industrial,



Energy Engineering or equivalent. /li liMust-Have: Deep knowledge of Italian regulations. /li liMinimum of 6 years of professional experience, preferable with previous experience in Data Centre or Pharmaceutical projects in Italy. /li liExperience in producing, delivering and possibly signing off official submissions to local authorities. /li liLanguage: Full professional fluency in spoken and written Italian and English. /li liProject management: Proven experience in electrical project management, with the ability to provide autonomous leadership and coordinate small teams of engineers /li liRevit Navisworks: Competent in the use of Revit and Navisworks /li /ul pOur benefits package is designed to be the best in the sector: /p ul liFull-time employment with CCNL Commercio.
