Join METT Milan Torre Velasca and become part of a team that delivers unforgettable spa and wellness experiences in a luxury environment. /p h3The Role /h3 pWe are looking for an Accountant to oversee day‑to‑day accounting operations, ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of all financial records. The role requires strong knowledge of Italian GAAP (OIC) and a working understanding of IFRS, with responsibility for statutory accounting, tax compliance, and the preparation of annual financial statements. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liPerform and follow daily accounting activities including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and fixed assets. /li liEnsure all accounting entries are accurately posted and properly documented in accordance with Italian accounting standards (OIC) and local regulations.
/li liOversee and execute the month‑end and year‑end closing processes, ensuring reconciliations and adjustments are completed within deadlines. /li liValidate general ledger accounts and maintain up‑to‑date and correct balances. /li liPrepare and file tax declarations, working closely with external advisors when necessary. /li liMaintain and manage the fixed asset register, including depreciation calculations and asset tracking. /li liSupport statutory audits and act as point of contact for auditors and external consultants. /li liMonitor changes in accounting and tax legislation and update internal procedures accordingly. /li liGuarantee internal deadlines are met and that reporting standards are adhered to. /li /ul h3Your profile /h3 ul liUniversity degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. /li liStrong expertise in Italian statutory accounting and familiarity with IFRS principles. /li liAt least 2 years of experience in accounting within the hospitality industry. /li liIn‑depth knowledge of OIC accounting standards and Italian tax legislation. /li liSolid experience with ERP/accounting software. /li liStrong command of Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions. /li liDetail‑oriented, with excellent organizational and problem‑solving skills. /li liFluency in Italian and good working knowledge of English. /li liAbility to manage priorities and ensure accuracy under pressure. /li liProfessional demeanor, discretion, and high integrity in handling financial information. /li /ul h3What We Offer /h3 ul liEmployee discounts. /li liConcrete opportunities for professional growth and career development. /li liAn international, elegant, and inspiring work environment. /li liAnnual gross salary (RAL): €25,000–€35,000, depending on experience and qualifications. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
