Through our smart logistics platform, Cello, we deliver innovative supply chain solutions to leading companies worldwide optimizing everything from transport to warehouse operations. /p pWe are looking for a Junior IT Project Manager who will support local IT projects for logistics systems, coordinate carrier integrations, translate business needs into functional specifications, and manage project timelines and deployments. /p h3bKey Responsibilities /b /h3 ul liLead local IT initiatives focused on logistics systems and digital transformation. /li liCoordinate carrier integration projects (EDI, API, SFTP) with logistics partners and regional headquarters. /li liGather business requirements and convert them into clear functional specifications. /li liOversee project scope, schedules, user acceptance testing, and deployment activities. /li liCollaborate with HQ development teams and external technology vendors. /li liAnalyze operational processes and identify opportunities for automation and optimization. /li liSupport system enhancements and continuous improvement efforts. /li liMonitor production issues and manage incident resolution with relevant teams. /li liMaintain Cello TMS configurations and provide operational support when needed. /li liPrepare project documentation, process maps, and user guides.
/li liAssist stakeholders across Operations, Warehouse, Transport, and Customer Service. /li /ul h3bRequirements /b /h3 ul liApproximately three years of experience in IT project management, business analysis, or the implementation of logistics systems /li liIT system maintenance experience is a must /li liFluency in English and Italian /li liSolid understanding of logistics operations and processes /li liProven experience in delivering IT projects or implementing business systems /li liFamiliarity with EDI/API integrations is an advantage /li liProject Management certification is considered a plus /li liStrong expertise in logistics operations and workflow optimization /li liDemonstrated ability to solve problems with a practical, hands‑on approach /li liCapacity to perform effectively in fast‑paced, complex, and evolving environments /li liExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal, enabling effective interaction with customers, partners, and internal teams /li liCustomer‑focused mindset combined with strong teamwork skills /li /ul h3bWhat we offer: /b /h3 ul liFinancial premio based on your performance /li liWellness program which allows free or discounted access to many gyms and sporting clubs /li liPrivate insurance for medical expenses for the employee and for his/her family /li liPrivate insurance for professional or non-professional accident /li liLuncheon Voucher equal to 12,00 for each day /li liSalary range for this role is 35-45k brutto /li /ul h3bWhat We Offer /b /h3 /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
