ppbNetwork Technician (Freelance | Onsite IT Support) /b /ppbJob Description /b /ppWe are seeking Network Technicians to deliver onsite IT and network support at the sites of a major international retail client. This is a freelance, as-needed engagement. Assignments will be assigned according to your location and availability. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliDeliver onsite IT and network support at client locations. /liliIdentify and fix network and connectivity problems. /liliSet up and replace routers, switches, Wi-Fi access points, and other IT hardware. /liliCarry out hardware upgrades and break/fix repairs. /liliFill out service reports and update support tickets following each visit. /liliWork alongside remote support teams to resolve technical problems. /li /ulpbRequirements /b /pulliAt least 2 years of experience in onsite IT or network support. /liliSolid understanding of LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, Wi-Fi, and VPN.
