We are motivated, open, fun, and operate as a team of equals. /ppFor our international portfolio company bFIAMM Energy Technology /b we are looking for a /ppbSenior Lean and Continuous Improvement Engineer (m/f/d) /b /ppThis role is ideal for experienced operations, CI or automation specialists who want to broaden their scope across the full value stream as a blateral step toward a future Plant Manager position /b. /ppFIAMM Energy Technology is a multinational manufacturer of automotive starter and industrial batteries, with key production sites in bAvezzano /b and bVeronella /b. Both plants are on a journey to upgrade to bstate-of-the-art manufacturing operations /b, improving OEE, labor productivity, quality, material efficiency and end-to-end flow. /ph3Your Impact /h3ulliFurther develop and update the b3-5-year manufacturing excellence roadmap /b for Avezzano and Veronella. /liliLead key improvement initiatives across the value stream (from pasting and curing to assembly, charging/finishing and logistics) with a focus on:



/liliOEE and throughput /liliLabor productivity and line staffing /liliScrap and quality losses /liliMaterial efficiency and design-to-cost /liliImplement and standardize bLean / CI methods /b (VSM, SMED, 5S, standard work, visual management, problem solving) and contribute to bmanufacturing excellence standards and audits /b. /liliHelp teams frame bclear problem statements and business cases /b for key initiatives, ensuring focus on value creation and sustainable results. /liliShape and deliver the bautomation roadmap /b (robots/cobots, visual control systems, intralogistics and digital performance tools). /liliStrengthen bmaintenance excellence /b (PM/AM, reduced downtime, better asset utilization). /liliCoach plant leadership and teams, and help build a strong bcontinuous improvement culture /b on the shop floor, capturing and sharing bbest practices /b between plants where relevant. /li /ulh3What You Bring /h3ulliBachelor’s/Master’s in Engineering or Industrial Management. /lilib7-12+ years /b in manufacturing operations, CI/OpEx and/or industrial automation in high-volume environments (e.g. automotive, batteries, components, process industries). /liliProven track record of bend-to-end improvement projects /b with measurable impact on cost, OEE, scrap and labor. /liliPractical experience with bLean/CI /b and performance management (tier meetings, KPIs, OEE dashboards). /liliExposure to bautomation and controls /b (PLC/robot-based lines, cobots, vision systems or intralogistics solutions). /liliStrong influencing, communication and change skills; comfortable working from the bGemba /b with operators, technicians and managers. /liliFluency in Italian and good command of English. /li /ulh3What We Offer /h3ulliA central expert role with direct access to the COO and plant leadership. /liliThe chance to shape how two key FIAMM plants evolve to state-of-the-art operations. /liliA natural springboard into future Plant Manager or multi-site Operations roles within FIAMM. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
