We are seeking a leader to oversee a squad of 3-5 engineers, focusing on team development and the delivery of high-impact consumer features. /ph3Key facts /h3ulliLocation: Milan, Italy /liliEngagement: Full-time /liliCompensation: 51,000 - 66,500 EUR gross per annum /liliTeam: Consumer Wealth Domain /li /ulh3What you'll do /h3ulliManage the daily operations and performance of a 3-5 person engineering squad. /liliSupport professional growth through consistent 1:1 meetings, performance evaluations, and career development planning. /liliTranslate business objectives into clear technical roadmaps and manage project execution. /liliCoordinate with product managers, designers, and other engineering managers to align priorities and resolve dependencies. /liliProvide status updates to leadership, explaining technical progress and risks in business terms. /liliPartner with senior and staff engineers to oversee architectural decisions and ensure high-quality software delivery. /li /ulh3Requirements /h3ulli5+ years of experience in backend engineering.
