We are searching for someone who is passionate about cultural exchange, displays a great deal of responsibility and autonomy, is very sales-driven, and has excellent communication skills, both in-person and on the phone. /p h3What You Will Do /h3 ul liGrow the Italian market in your assigned region, taking ownership to reach sales targets /li liRecruit, screen, and coach potential au pairs while providing excellent customer service /li liWork together with our local au pair community to help achieve goals /li liCollaborate with colleagues in the USA and the headquarters in Zurich to provide an excellent experience for each au pair /li /ul h3Who You Are /h3 pPersonal qualifications: /p ul liYou are passionate about sales and highly motivated to hit and exceed sales targets.



/li liYou love connecting with people over the phone and in-person to understand their needs so that you can successfully pitch our program /li liYou are a team player who brings a positive attitude and “nothing is impossible” spirit to the team. /li liYou have an entrepreneurial spirit, taking ownership of your ideas and making them happen. /li liYou have good time management skills that allow you to handle multiple priorities while paying attention to the details and delivering on your goals. /li /ul h3Professional Requirements /h3 ul liBachelor’s Degree /li li1+ years of sales experience with a record of hitting sales targets /li liAt least 6 months of experience living abroad, preferred /li liProven capability with both phone sales and in-person sales /li liFull proficiency in both Italian and English /li liExceptional presentation and public speaking skills /li /ul h3What Cultural Care Au Pair Italy Offers /h3 ul liA competitive salary package.
