ppAs an ESD Engineer you will implement, maintain, and continuously improve the ESD control system across manufacturing and quality areas. You will help ensure compliance with ANSI/ESD S20.20 and protect electronic components from electrostatic risks. You will drive awareness through audits, training, and on-site support while collaborating with cross-functional teams to reduce ESD risk. identify non-conformities and drive timely corrective actions /li liSupport production teams in solving ESD-related issues and preventing recurrence /li liCarry out incoming inspection and acceptance checks of ESD materials and related supplies /li liEnsure the correct use of ESD measuring instruments and maintain accurate inspection and audit records /li liWork closely with Quality, Production, Engineering and Maintenance teams to ensure ESD requirements are effectively implemented /li liSupport continuous improvement initiatives aimed at reducing ESD risks and protecting smart eyewear electronic components /li liBachelor degree or above, with at least 5 years of relevant working experience /li liFamiliarity with ANSI/ESD S20.20 standard and ESD control requirements in manufacturing environments /li liHands-on experience with ESD measuring instruments and ESD compliance verification activities /li liUnderstanding of electrostatic discharge risks and protection measures for electronic products, components and assemblies /li liKnowledge of ESD facilities, protected areas, grounding, packaging, materials and control procedures /li liAbility to perform on-site audits, analyze non-conformities and follow up corrective actions /li liGood communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams /li liGood level of English, including reading, writing and speaking /li liProactive, detail-oriented and hands-on approach to issue resolution and continuous improvement /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
