Regularly visit key dealers to maintain relationships and resolve critical issues for key accounts. /lilistrongCustomer Satisfaction /strong: Implement Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) surveys and drive rectification measures for complaints or performance gaps. /lilistrongOperational Monitoring /strong: Monitor terminal dealer operations and key account business performance. /lilistrongRetail Marketing Logistics Execution /strong: Oversee dealer communication content, CI/VI uniformity, and advertising support policies. Finalize monthly orders/production scheduling. /li /ulpbr/ppstrongQualifications /strong /ppbr/pulliWith over 5 years OEM sales work experience in Italy; Candidates with sales management experience in Italy for automotive brands from China are preferred. /liliProficient in Italian, fluent in English can be used as working language. /li /ulpbr/p
