p Eletech Innovation in Electronics part of Elemaster Group Electronic Technologies, is looking for: p TEST ENGINEERING HW TEAM LEADER /pp Mission: /pulli The Hardware Development Team Leader is responsible for coordinating the hardware development activities within the Test Engineering organization, ensuring project objectives are achieved in terms of schedule, cost, quality, and technical performance. The role acts as the primary technical and operational reference for the hardware development team and for the extended network of developers contributing to Test Engineering projects. /li /ulp Department: /pulli Test Engineering in the International Design Center for the development and maintenance of Test Equipment for manufacturing. /li /ulp Job Description /pulli Coordinate the day-to-day activities of the Hardware Development team, communicating priorities and execution plans based on the roadmap defined with the Test Engineering Manager. /lili Monitor workload, progress, and project execution to ensure commitments are met within agreed schedules and budgets. /lili Identify potential bottlenecks, risks, and resource constraints, proposing and implementing corrective actions when required. /lili Foster effective collaboration among internal resources, external suppliers, consultants, and partner organizations involved in project execution. /lili Ensure hardware development activities are delivered according to project requirements, quality standards, budget constraints, and timelines. /lili Monitor project scope and proactively identify scope changes or deviations from baseline requirements. /lili Communicate scope changes and their potential impacts to Project Managers and the Test Engineering Manager. /lili Support the Test Engineering Manager in resource planning, allocation, and prioritization across multiple concurrent projects. /lili Provide visibility on project status and workload distribution /lili Actively contribute to critical development activities and provide hands-on technical support when required.



/lili Guide the team through technical challenges, design reviews, validation activities, and troubleshooting efforts. /lili Promote the adoption of engineering best practices, development standards, and company procedures. /lili Collect feedback from team members and project stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities. /lili Capture, document, and promote lessons learned from completed projects. /lili Contribute to the continuous evolution of Test Engineering methodologies and tools. /li /ulp Requirements: /pulli Degree in Electronic Engineering / Mechatronics / Automation / Information Technology or equivalent culture. /lili Previous experience of at least 5 years in the development of testing solutions dedicated to electronic devices. /lili Proven experience in hardware development for industrial electronic systems, automated test equipment, or similar engineering environments. /lili Experience leading technical teams and coordinating multidisciplinary project activities. /lili Experience managing external suppliers, contractors, and engineering partners /lili Strong knowledge of analog and digital electronic design. /lili Experience with electronic design and schematic capture tools. /lili Solid understanding of hardware integration, validation, and production release processes. /lili Results-oriented mindset with strong accountability for project execution. /lili Effective communication skills with both technical and managerial stakeholders. /lili Structured problem-solving approach. /lili Ability to work in a dynamic environment with multiple parallel projects and stakeholders /lili Ability to analyze technical requirements and translate them into effective development plans. /lili Familiarity with design-for-manufacturing and industrialization principles is considered an advantage /lili Knowledge of programming languages and environments: National Instrument TestStand and LabView, Python /lili SW HW development and lifecycle management. /lili Knowledge of National Instruments test and measurement systems. /lili Knowledge of the Office package. /lili Fluent written and spoken English. /li /ul /p
