This position places you front and center as the client’s representative on-site, where you will collaborate with all stakeholders to uphold the highest standards of quality, timeliness, and operational efficiency. Your expertise will be instrumental in navigating the complexities of the construction process, as you will have comprehensive access to all project documentation, enabling you to proactively address challenges and determine the most suitable experts to consult when specialized knowledge is required. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liCo-ordination of executive/construction design activities. /li liSupporting operational management. /li liVerification and control of site accounting. /li liVerification of material submission form and construction drawings. /li liDrafting of construction site reports. /li liMonitoring GANTT and construction budget. /li liMonitoring and control of construction site activities. /li /ul h3Qualifications Experience /h3 ul liA Degree in Engineering or equivalent work experience.
/li liAt least 10 years of construction management experience. /li liExcellent level of English (B2 / C1) and a good level of Italian (B2). /li liAbility to travel autonomously. /li liKnowledge and experience in MEP and firefighting disciplines will be considered a plus. /li liProven construction management experience in Data Center will be considered a plus. /li liGood knowledge and experience with project management procedures will be considered a plus. /li liProfessional accreditations (PE, AIA, CCM, CPC, PMP, LEED or equivalent) will be considered a plus. /li liFrequent site presence will be required.
