COIMA SGR is currently searching for an Analyst for the business unit Fund & Asset Management. **Analyst - Fund & Asset Management**:
The person will actively be part of all those processes aimed at enhancing the value of the existing investments. Specifically, he/she will be expected to provide support in the following activities:
Contribute towards the formulation of the Annual Fund Strategy;
Develop and maintain good contacts with key advisors, landlords and tenants;
Liaise with third parties including property managers, development managers, brokers, lenders, third party appraisers, etc.;
Join commercial due diligence including lease reviews, rent roll analysis, market diligence, financial analysis, etc.;
Assist in the fund reporting both internally and externally;
Update financial models, conduct financial analysis and sensitivities on the models;




Participate in property inspections and market tours, including travel as needed. The desired profile will match with the following requirements:
Excellent academic background in finance / economics or engineering 1 year working experience in real estate, including fund & asset management, development management and property management Writing and presentation skills Highly motivated with the ability to work in a team environment Ability to perform under quick timeframes and under pressure Interest for the real estate sector and desire to work in dynamic, entrepreneurial organization Fluency in spoken and written English Proficiency in using Microsoft Office package Availability to business trips in Italy
