Thanks to our diversity of skills, talents and cultures, our customers (governments, institutions, space agencies, telecommunications operators), therefore have Space to Connect, Secure Defend, Observe Protect, Explore, Travel Navigate. /p pWe are looking for a Quality System Management Engineer /p h3CANDIDATES THAT WOULD IMPRESS US /h3 pYou have experience in Quality, Configuration Management or Audits. /p pYou are fluent in English and having knowledge of French is a plus. /p pYou have excellent communication skills with the ability to influence, persuade and negotiate. /p pYou are able to build connections, create networks and cooperate at all levels of the organization. /p pYou are open-minded, a quick learner, creative, rigorous and a problem-solver. /p pYou are pragmatic, field-oriented and have a positive attitude. /p pYou have the ability to work effectively in an international environment. /p h3COMPETENCIES: /h3 pYou have strong knowledge of process management and quality assurance. /p pYou are familiar with quality standards such as ISO 9001 and EN 9100. /p pYou can manage management systems and coordinate process improvements. /p pYou are able to perform internal audits and incorporate maturity assessment plans. /p h3LIFE AS A QUALITY SYSTEM MANAGEMENT ENGINEER ROLE /h3 pAs a Quality System Management Engineer within Thales, you will participate in the management of the Chorus Management System deployed in Thales Alenia Space. /p pYou will lead the network of Process Owners and coordinate with them to improve processes. /p pYou will organize Change Control Boards to validate and configure process evolutions.



/p pYou will facilitate knowledge capitalization and continuous improvement within the company. /p pYou will ensure the compliance of processes and documented information with business objectives, laws, regulations and standards. /p pYou will assist the Quality Director in preparing the Management Review, steering actions and preparing roadmaps for all processes. /p pYou will ensure that the Company Dashboard is correctly published every month with all key performance indicators updated. /p pYou will serve as the Quality Management System correspondent for the Turin site. /p pYou will support the Standardization manager in the purchase of standards and norms. /p pYou will participate in internal audits of the entity with a focus on the Turin site. /p h3YOUR CAREER AT THALES /h3 pFuture opportunities will allow you to discover other domains or sites.
