ppAbout The Role /ppbJob Summary: /b /ppThe Quality Manager is responsible for leading and driving operational quality performance within the Co.Bo.T production facilities. The role ensures that products are manufactured, tested, inspected and delivered in accordance with customer requirements, applicable standards, engineering specifications and company procedures. The Quality Manager works closely with Production, Engineering, Supply Chain and Project teams to drive quality performance, reduce defects, improve right-first-time manufacture and support a culture of operational excellence. /ppbKey Responsibilities: /b /pulliPromote a culture of quality ownership and continuous improvement throughout manufacturing operations. /liliEnsure compliance with customer specifications, inspection requirements and internal quality procedures. /liliLead investigations into manufacturing non-conformances. /liliSupport Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement initiatives. /liliEnsure site compliance with: /liliulliISO 9001 /liliISO 14001 /liliISO 45001 /liliCustomer requirements /liliIndustry standards /liliInternal management system procedures /li /ul /li /ulpbQualifications, Knowledge, Experience Skills: /b /pulliHNC/HND or Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality Management or related discipline.
