Inclusyon is the **search and selection company** specializing in recruiting qualified personnel belonging to **protected categories**. **Context**:
For an important multinational company leader in the production of electrical appliances, electrical materials and electronic components, Inclusyon is looking for a **Customer Care Specialist - protected categories Law 68/99.** **The role**: - You will inform / guide customers according to their request (request for intervention, contract follow-up,



repair request, follow-up of files in progress, technical information, etc.).
- You will ensure after-sales service follow-up in microscopy and industry.
- You will process the interventions and validate the invoices of the stakeholders according to the quotes established. You will help building commercial offers and ensure follow-up in relation with the Commercial. **Requisiti**:
**Primary Requirements**: - Previous experience in the role.
- Good knowledge of Franch.
- Ability to work in a team, organizational skills and good communication skills. Customer and solution oriented mindset. **Altre informazioni**:
