- Designers, Human Factor experts_, and _engineers _work side by side to achieve the most suitable interaction with a technological solution - either visual, physical, vocal, or gestural. In doing that, we can count on consolidated expertise in interaction and visual design, ergonomics, and human factors, as well as on SW, FW, and HW development for HMI. **Posizione**: - Conduct qualitative and quantitative user research using the UDC method and other UX research techniques.
- Collaborate with the design and development team to define research goals, develop research plans, and analyze results.
- Create and develop detailed Personas that represent the target users of the product.
- Ideate and conduct Clinics to gather timely feedback from users on product iterations.
- Create Scenarios and User Journeys to visualize the user experience across the product.




- Communicate research findings clearly and effectively to the team and stakeholders. **Requisiti**: - Bachelor's degree or diploma in Psychology, Interaction Design, Cognitive Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in conducting UX research using methods such as the UDC method, user interviews, usability testing, etc.
- In-depth knowledge of concepts such as Personas, Scenario, Clinics, and User Journey.
- Ability to analyze and interpret qualitative and quantitative data to extract meaningful insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex research findings in a clear and understandable manner.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Nice-to-have
- Experience using software tools for data management and analysis, such as SPSS, NVivo, or UX data analysis software.
- Familiarity with major design and prototyping tools, such as Adobe XD, Sketch, or Figma. **Altre informazioni**:
