We help businesses grow faster, operate efficiently, and transform in a dynamic market. **Junior Credit Controller** **What will you be doing at Arrow ECS?** **Job Complexity**: - Provide support with financial processes including month end close, basic reporting and ad-hoc analysis.
- Perform routine data extract requests from pre-existing queries.
- Answer general customer questions of reporting and query tools.
- Support on Credit Collection activities and the business. **What we are looking for**: - At least 1 year experience in a similar role




- Bachelor's degree in economics or related field.
- Business fluency in English and Italian (written and spoken)
- Very good communication skills and Customer Relationship Management.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to details.
- Negotiation skills, communication skills & presentation skills
