**Contract type**: Permanent Workplace: Milano MI, Italia For our client, who is committed to the renewable** energy revolution**, developing projects contributing to reducing carbon emission, we are looking for a **Group HR Specialist **who will be responsible for the effective operation of human resources-related activities and support across three countries (Italy, the UK, and Spain). **Role & Responsibilities**
- Forecast hiring needs and ensure recruitment process runs smoothly;
- Managing onboarding and offboarding procedures dealing with the Group Office Manager ang the Group IT Specialist;
- Support in the digitalization of HR processes;
- Enhance HR internal processes and procedures;
- Manage health and safety programs ensuring compliance with the local regulations;
- Update employee records with new hire information and/or changes in employment status;




- Process employees’ queries and respond in a timely manner;
- Stay up-to-date and comply with changes in labor legislation;
- Perform other related duties as assigned. **Requirements**: - Proven work **experience as an HR Generalist;**: - **Experience with Human Resources Information Systems** (HRIS), like Zucchetti Infinity platform is a plus
- Familiarity with full cycle recruiting
- Excellent verbal and written **communication skills**: - Good problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines
- Effective attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
- Proficiency in **English**. Any other language is a plus **Location**:Milan LI-Onsite
