For our Global Headquarters in **Milan**, Amplifon is looking for a young talented person to join our **Global Retail Experience team**. You will have the opportunity to work in a big transformation project in a truly fast-paced international environment in a business constantly evolving, with great empowerment and growth opportunities.**Does the opportunity sound interesting to you? **We consider interns as responsible team members who can have an impact starting from the day 1. You'll be in charge of: - Layout development of Amplifon stores with the new concept at a global level, ensure the design consistency.
- Support the implementation of store concept design, through the study of new coherent solutions and feasibility assessment.
- Communicate timely and effectively the changes of design direction with internal stakeholders and external consultants.
- Participation in weekly meetings with construction local teams on budgets, reports and project management topics.
- Collaborate closely with a cross functional team. **You are the right person if you**: - Have a background in Architecture and Interior Design.
- Speak English fluently and would like to work with multicultural teams.




- Possess a good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Power Point & Excel), Autocad and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects and communicate with various stakeholders.
