On behalf of our Client a global pharmaceutical company, IQVIA is looking for a **Customer Engagement Tool Expert **who can join an exciting working environment in a dynamic atmosphere areas. Location: office based - Milan **YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Work with the CRM & Tools Lead to develop and execute plans to improve the effectiveness of MCM programs and tools
- Work with the Content Creator and Campaign & Marketing teams to develop and manage automated marketing campaigns in SFMC and evaluate new opportunities and features
- Collaborate with Data Science and Advance Analytics, Sales Force Effectiveness, Customer Insight AM, teams to define and monitor KPIs
- Partner with internal (e.g. IT) and external (e.g. agencies) stakeholders on a regular basis to plan, execute and analyze projects and determine the best tool to use
- Collaborate with the CRM team to increase the adoption and implementation of digital channels
- Collaborate with the CRM team and business teams for the implementation and maintenance of the suggestion engine tool for all the Bus in Veeva CRM
- Be able to do coding in Journey Builder




- Evaluate new opportunities and features for the above tools
- Collaborate with Global for the activities listed above **WHO YOU ARE**: - Degree in Marketing, Communication, Digital, IT or Economy
- 3+ years of multichannel marketing experience maturate in international companies or in marketing and communication agencies
- Veeva CRM experience required, Google analytics competencies, Sales Force Marketing Cloud certified
- Analytical background to integrate datasets & drive data quality check
- Strong focus on delivery, with the ability to multitask, organize and prioritize effectively, and excellent communication skills
- The capacity to operate at both a strategic and tactical level, and the ability to think outside the box
- Results-driven approach, with the ability to analyze business performance and interpret results to help improve future marketing activity
- Curiosity for novelties and IT innovation **CONTRACT**:
