- Hybrid (41123, ITALY - Modena, Italy) We are looking for a **Sales Engineer (F/M)**, in **Modena, Italy.** **CIPEM**, subsidiary of ICAPE Group, is focused on custom-made technical parts in more than 10 families: plastic, metal, batteries, power supplies, cables, keyboards, transformers, etc., for many sectors of industry. **RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Prospect new company and opportunities.
- Follow existing customers and develop our activities with them.
- Responsible for meeting and exceeding sales and revenue targets.
- Prepare quotations and carries-out commercial negotiation with both clients and suppliers.
- Coordinate the communication between our customers and our different departments (Engineering, quality, customer service ).
- Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and assists in analyzing and improving customer satisfaction.
- Report frequently to the management about the sales results, target achievements and business opportunities. **REQUIREMENTS**
- Fluent oral and written English
- Minimum 2-3 years sales experience (Electronics sales experience is a plus)
- Bachelor's degree preferred,



but not required if proven experience. Technical degree will be of benefit
- Good communication, good command of oral/written English skills.
- Good organizational skills and attention to details.
- Must be able to work under pressure & meet deadlines.
