Come be a part of this journey!** **BAT ITALY IS LOOKING FOR A **PROCESS ANALYST INTERN** **SENIORITY LEVEL**:Internship **FUNCTION**: Operations **CITY & COUNTRY**:Trieste, Italy **TYPE OF CONTRACT**: Fixed-Term **WORK ARRANGEMENT**:5 days/week; 8 hours/day in the office **ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES** British American Tobacco Italia is looking for a talented and brilliant intern, with strong passion to join the Operations team based in Trieste. The Process Analyst Intern supports the Process Lead in the control of the various production processes and is mainly responsible for the analysis of data related to the main losses on the production line. **WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR**
- Knowledge and introduction to standardised work methodology.
- Definition of times and methods for the execution of CL & CIL (Centre Line & Cleaning, Inspection, Lubrication).
- Definition of daily Top-Losses.
- Various documentation: data recording, reporting, creation of production line trend graphs.
- Data collection and calculation of main key performance indicators;
- Execution of Health Check: checklist to verify the correct execution of activities and search for continuous improvements through process definition and control.
- Process optimisation.
- Analysis of waste management.
- Change management support. **ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE,



SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE**
- Completed or on going Engineering Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree is a plus
- Data sensitivity & analytical thinking
- Advanced knowledge of the Office Package, especially Excel. Knowledge of Power BI tools would be considered as a plus.
- Creative and confident;
- Positive attitude and desire to work collaboratively with a team;
- Excellent attention to details and a high motivation to learn;
- Fluency in English and Italian languages.
