Per il nostro staff interno siamo alla ricerca di un profilo di Legal Counsel da inserire nel nostro team **Tasks**: - Advice, review, draft and negotiate a wide range of IT consulting services, system integrator, outsourcing, cloud, technology and licensing agreements with public and private customers and suppliers.
- Advice on public procurement code contracts/tender procedures related to IT services and drafting of related agreements and documentation (including drafting and negotiation of related RTI agreements, subcontracting, claim management)
- Advice on data protection, intellectual property, new technologies (i.e. AI, generative AI, IoT,) and any commercial matter or agreement as necessary.
- Identify risks, and define strategy to mitigate them, strategize with internal partners' creative win-win solutions or appropriate legal action.




- Collaborate with other members of the team or other NTT DATA functions to drive compliance with internal policies, processes and approvals.
- Stay abreast of legal developments in Italy, the EU and globally, draft legal memo (advice) on new laws affecting the company and implement them into company practices.
- Develop internal guidelines, toolkit and templates on private and public procurement contracts and any other legal matter and contracts as necessary.
- Assist on developing training materials and provide training to business on legal topic and best practices **Skills**: - Experience on drafting and negotiation of IT sector agreements, advice on related matters and claim management (consulting services, system integration services, cloud services, software licensing, outsourcing), preferably in a fast-paced corporate legal team for an IT services company or similar business
- Experience and good knowledge of public procurement code and administrative law and procedures
- Excellent legal and business drafting, communication, negotiation and influencing skills - in Italian and in English
- Positive and proactive attitude, open minded, self-motivated and a team player; approachable with strong ethic; ability to work autonomously and deliver creative solutions under time pressure;
- Must be comfortable engaging with senior management with a demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships
- Minimum 3 years of in house experience advising on the above mentioned topics ITC/Technology suppliers
- Admitted to Italy Bar desirable **Location** Milan,Rome
