We are currently seeking a Project Manager to oversee construction projects in Milan. As the Project Manager, you will be managing all aspects of the project, from planning to execution. **Responsibilities**: - Manage the entire project lifecycle, from design to construction to commissioning, ensuring that the project is completed within budget, on time, and to the required quality standards.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Manage a team of project staff, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure that project objectives are met.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and regulatory authorities, to ensure that project requirements are met and any issues are resolved.
- Ensure that all aspects of the project, including safety, quality, and environmental standards, are in compliance with industry regulations and standards.




- Manage risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle and take corrective action as necessary.
- Prepare regular reports for stakeholders, including progress updates, budget status, and risk management. **Qualifications**
- Experience in the construction industry, with strong CSA skills.
- More than 5 years of experience in Data center, pharma or industrial projects
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders from diverse backgrounds.
- Knowledge of project management software tools and techniques.
- Fluent in English and Italian.
