As a Group HR Administration and Benefit Specialist, you will work in the Payroll and HR Administration Department, reporting to the Group Head of Payroll and HR Administration and **will manage the following activities**: - Ensure continuous and ongoing assistance to the entire NHOA Group team with a focus on requests related to corporate benefits
- Identify and propose improvements on the management of current Group corporate benefits
- Promotion and monitoring current benefits
- Management of relations with agevolazioni providers and related payments
- Technical support in managing the performance evaluation process
- If necessary,



identify and implement new projects related to Group corporate benefits
- Manage HR KPI-related activities for projects with the ESG department
- Support the Payroll team for the Group's payroll processing flow
- Support the team in developing new tools and implementing new processes aimed at staff retention;
- Manage personnel files and organize files related to social security and welfare agencies;
- Other support activities: entering purchase requisitions (so-called RDAs) on the SAP portal; **Requisiti**: - Diploma and / or Degree in economics-administration;
- At least 2 years of experience in payroll and attendance management;
- Analytical approach;
- Precise and punctual execution;
- Excellent knowledge of the English language, both spoken and written;
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
