- take over training and coaching as well as the induction of new employees
- take care of communication and information transfer within the team
- especially focus on early shifts, preparations in the kitchen and events
- receive feedback from our guests and ensure quick and effective handling of issues
- provide our guests with insider tips and recommend your favorite hotspots of the city to them
- act as 'sparing partner' for the Head of Service as well as the Hotel Manager and support them in administrative tasks as well as in all topics related to the team **We've been waiting for you, since you have/are**: - experience in a similar position, ideally in the lifestyle hotel industry
- willing to work in shifts and to take over night shifts on a temporary basis
- confident, have a zest for life and are no stranger to humor
- eager to share your experience and love to train and guide team members
- enjoying dealing with international,



demanding guests and have the ability to respond smartly to different guests and wishes
