About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Quality Control Manager to join our Group Quality Team and play a key role in ensuring consistent product quality across our global water heating manufacturing footprint. This role requires experience with welding processes, particularly related to pressure-containing components (e.g. pressure tanks), as well as solid knowledge of manufacturing processes, materials, and industrial quality standards.
You will lead and coordinate quality control activities across multiple production plants , with a strong focus on newly established manufacturing sites (such as in Egypt and India). This position will require frequent on‐site presence to set up, stabilize, and audit quality processes.
