Role Overview
As part of O’Tacos’ direct expansion plan, the Area Supervisor will report to the Operations Manager and oversee a growing portfolio of company-owned restaurants , ensuring full alignment with operational, financial, and quality standards.
The role currently covers 5 restaurants,



with a planned doubling of the network over the course of the year .
Within this growth context, the Area Supervisor will drive operational consistency, business performance, and team development , while fostering a high-quality and consistent customer experience — enhancing service standards, customer connection, and brand perception — and progressively gaining exposure to network expansion and franchising development .
Key Responsibilities
1. Hands-on operational presence
- Ensure a consistent on-the-ground presence across existing restaurants in Milan Metropolitan area
- Support teams in the daily execution of operations
- Monitor the implementation of operational and financial procedures
- Conduct regular audits and spot checks (inventory, labour cost, margins, compliance)
