Key Responsibilities Acquire new corporate customers, primarily medium and large enterprises, with a strong focus on the Fleet sector. Identify business opportunities by managing hot leads and proactively building your own pipeline of potential clients. Develop and expand the customer portfolio within the assigned geographical area. Independently manage the full sales cycle, fostering long‐term trust‐based customer relationships. Support existing customers with a consultative approach, including delivering tailored insights through customized data analysis.
Conduct up‐selling and cross‐selling activities across the full range of DKV products and services. Participate in trade fairs and industry events to strengthen market presence and generate leads. Maintain a daily field presence, ensuring close customer contact and deep market understanding. Qualifications Proven B2B sales experience (minimum 5 years) within a structured organization, ideally with strong exposure to on‐field sales and new customer acquisition. Strong negotiation capabilities when engaging with corporate clients, demonstrating confidence and professionalism. A proactive, self‐driven mindset, consistently oriented toward achieving and exceeding targets. Excellent command of MS Office tools (Teams, Excel) and hands‐on experience with CRM systems. Willingness to learn and evolve, especially in AI‐driven tools and processes. Genuine enthusiasm for field work and availability to travel regularly across the assig
