and secure agents at scale across the enterprise.THE ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIESAs a Field Delivery Engineer/Forward Deployed Engineer, you will translate HCL Software's Agentic Platform into customized, production-ready solutions for enterprise clients — building integrations, resolving complex issues, and training client teams to maximise ROI on their software investments.Translate HCL Software products into production-ready, client-tailored solutions that fit existing enterprise infrastructure.Build APIs, automation scripts, and custom data pipelines to integrate HCL solutions seamlessly into legacy and modern systems.Provide on-site or remote diagnostic support — resolve edge cases and debug production issues under tight, client-driven deadlines.Lead technical discovery workshops, act as a subject matter expert, and train client teams to maximize adoption and ROI.Proactively document solutions, configurations, and known issues to bui
